2. Services & Pricing
- All services and products are subject to availability.
- Pricing is subject to change without notice. Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Custom projects require a signed agreement and a deposit before work begins.
3. Payment & Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a build slot.
- Full payment must be received before project completion and vehicle handover.
- Any additional work beyond the initial scope will require a change order and additional payment.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.
- Cancellations after work has begun will be assessed for costs incurred.
- No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
5. Liability & Warranties
- We guarantee our workmanship for 4 months from the date of completion.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or third-party modifications.
- D&S Custom Conversions is not responsible for licensing, registration, or insurance after project completion.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the use of our products or services.
- Customers assume full responsibility for operating and maintaining their converted vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, logos, and content on our website and materials are owned by D&S Custom Conversions and may not be used without written permission.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the state of Oregon.
- Customers agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
10. Emergency Service Commitment
- D&S Custom Conversions is owned and operated by an active volunteer first responder with Marion County Search & Rescue. While every effort is made to maintain scheduled project timelines, emergency callouts and disaster response may occasionally require us to temporarily step away from active projects.
- Should this occur, your project will not be abandoned or forgotten. We are committed to maintaining communication, adjusting schedules as necessary, and resuming work as soon as practical. We will make every reasonable effort to minimize delays while fulfilling our emergency response obligations to the community.
- By engaging our services, you acknowledge that unforeseen emergency deployments may result in schedule adjustments and agree that such circumstances do not constitute a breach of contract or grounds for cancellation, refund, or damages resulting solely from reasonable delays caused by emergency response activities.
